Hourglass Workout (Missed Workout)

I was registered to attend tonight’s workout, but I decided to skip.  I am just too tired and sore.  I don’t think I’d be giving it my 100% if I went.  I’m going to listen to my body, and I’m going to bed early and try to get as much rest as possible.
